How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns

Online orders are returnable for 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Returns will be refunded with store credit.

All returned items must be in original new condition, tags attached, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Shoes must be returned unscuffed, free of damage, and in the undamaged original packaging. Returned items must include a return form or original receipt.

Ballet/Pointe/Jazz Shoes: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before trying on your new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight or if your feet are damp. We suggest you lay a towel down to prevent the satin on pointe shoes from becoming scratched or marred and to prevent shoes from becoming soiled.

Tap Shoes/Dance Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only to prevent the taps from becoming scratched and therefore non-returnable.

All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, customized, final sale, and clearance items may not be returned.

Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, some health and personal care items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns.

Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape or label shoe box or item package and send via U.S. mail; the package gets destroyed and the product cannot be accepted for return.

Exchange items are restocked and shipped at no additional cost. If an item is not available at the time of exchange, a 100% refund will be issued via the original form of payment.

Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and will require additional shipping charges plus any difference in price on returned items. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Should you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us to setup and process your return within 30 days from the ship date.
